When I'm not wrangling timelines you'll find me on a mountain bike, climbing, kayaking or hiking. Hiking sharpens my planning and adaptability (several peaks above 2,000m); mountain biking demands the focus and calculated risk-taking every program needs (several 60–150km races); and cooking keeps me honest about precision, timing and a well-executed result.
